The fracking debate in the Northern Territory is a matter of “life or death” for farmers, a pastoralist says.
Daniel Tapp, farmer, says he is very concerned about over-allocations of water for mining activity in the NT. “We can’t live without water,” he said in Darwin on Tuesday after a hearing held by the Senate select committee on unconventional gas mining.
