Fracking company IGas Energy has begun trying to construct a shale gas exploration site at Springs Road in Misson, Nottinghamshire. Frack Free Misson, supported groups from across the East Midlands, is resisting the ongoing construction efforts. Currently the conductor casing is being set before the drilling phase begins, but drilling is expected to take place at IGas’s Tinker Lane site first.
