SNF Oil and Gas is building of a new facility on Belasis Avenue in Billingham, Cleveland to produce Polyacrylamide Emulsion, predominately for use in the oil industry. Polyacrylamide emulsion is one of the principle components of hydraulic fracturing fluid. SNF has received permission to have hazardous materials on site, which are used to make its products.
