Now is the time for action. The fight to defend south wales from fracking is on!
Despite huge opposition from RESIDENTS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS Natural Resources Wales has seen fit to issue an Environmental Permit to UK Methane for the site at Foel Fynyddau Forest, Pontrhydyfen.
UK Methane now only need approval from the Health & Safety Executive and final go ahead from DECC in order to commence test drilling for Shale Gas and Coal Bed Methane on the site.
PROTEST this coming Saturday (23rd); 9:30am at the entrance to the forest track under the viaduct on the B4286 in Pontrhydyfen (SA12 9RP).
