The Welsh government has overridden a decision by Wrexham County Borough Council to reject fracking company Dart Energy’s planning application.

The Borras & Holt Community protection camp was established in October 2014. The camp given until midnight on the 21st November to vacate the land. The national eviction team forcibly removed the camp on the 27 November 2014, but a site directly opposite had already been occupied and a new camp is now established there, pictured below.

The camp needs and welcomes community support. Please call in during daylight hours to see what’s needed and to meet some of the people committed to protecting Wrexham from the ravages of Big Gas. More info…
