Convoy of fracking trucks sneaked in at 4am but no major rig components on site, despite Cuadrilla announcement that rig has arrived (maybe a few percent is on). Previous convoy with base plate/ballast for rig still being occupied outside site, with people still on trucks after 3 days and site entrance blocked with two car lockon in morning. Trucks from Humberside area and trailers from Netherlands suggesting equipment, perhaps even a rig, being brought in from Netherlands. Lancashire communities are continuing to resist new fracking site by Cuadrilla Resources at Preston New Road near Blackpool. A rolling blockade of the construction is taking place daily outside the site and is having a significant effect in disrupting Cuadrilla’s plans.
