Lancs Fracking Update (PNR) – Sat 20th Oct, 2018show details

Lancashire communities are continuing to resist fracking at Preston New Road near Blackpool, where Cuadrilla Resources has drilled of 2 shale gas appraisal wells and is now trying to conduct to hydraulic fracturing on them. A rolling blockade is taking place daily outside the site and is having a significant effect in disrupting Cuadrilla’s plans. Today saw over 2000 people from communities across the country march on the site.
