All of us here at the Camp would like to invite all of you (and your friends and families) to join us for April’s candlelit vigil at the site. We plan to have a short silent vigil near the gate, then walk with around the site.
There will be a bonfire & chai tea afterwards to warm up, enjoy each other’s company, and share information about the campaign and consume tea and cake*.
The intention is to bring people together whether they are protecting the hill through the planning process, outreach or physical presence, and show our shared determination to peacefully protect the hill.
We decided against waiting until dusk because people are travelling from far afield – however, we’ll still have candles! .
