Chester community remains rig-free!
A massive Merry Winter(!!) to those who are spending today on-site at Upton Community Protection Camp. The site could be evicted at anytime. The Camp has been on a site licensed to fracking companies Dart Energy and IGas for well over a year and a half. It’s presence has defended the community from becoming a regional foothold for the industry.
Now the camp faces eviction. Can you help make this attempted eviction as embarrassing and costly for the industry as possible? Stand with this community! Get in touch with the camp and the coalition of community groups organising to defend Upton and show some support!
