Send your fracking objections to Lancashire County Council

On 14 September, Lancashire County Council will be considering granting permissions for further drilling at Preese Hall, near Kirkham. Drilling was suspended following two tremors nearby in May, but Cuadrilla Resources have since applied for an extension to their drilling licence.

You can object to further shale gas exploration in Lancashire by emailing Lancashire County Council Development Control, devcon@lancashire.gov.uk quoting planning application number 05/11/0431.

    No to Fracking!
No to raping and poisoning the earth
We don’t need this we have plenty of natural true renewable energy sea, wind solar, heat and power, saving energy.
if we pollute the earth we live on we have no future!

Fracking has been proved to be a dangerous and harmful process and France, Québec, New Jersey, Morganstown, Pittsburgh have banned it and many other countries and cities are considering doing so
